Our Facilities & Services

Explore our state-of-the-art facilities equipped with modern machinery and skilled professionals delivering excellence.

01

Laser Cutting

Fiber and CO₂ laser systems deliver precise, clean cuts across everything from compact short-run parts to large-format, high-volume sheets. Nitrogen-assisted cutting and narrow kerf technology keep edge quality high and material waste low.

Mechanical Presses
02

Mechanical Presses

High-speed flywheel-driven presses deliver fast, repeatable punching, blanking, and shallow forming for production runs. Progressive die tooling combines multiple operations per stroke to keep throughput high on higher-volume orders.

03

Hydraulic Presses

Controllable, full-stroke force handles deep draws, heavy-gauge forming, and straightening operations that mechanical presses can't manage. Adjustable tonnage and dwell time make the same equipment adaptable across a wide range of part geometries.

Welding Services
04

Welding Services

Spot, robotic, and laser welding cover every joint type and volume, from single prototypes to full production runs. Each process is matched to the part to minimize heat distortion and ensure consistent weld quality.

Dip Tank Degreasing & Phosphating Line

A 5-stage wash pretreatment process prepares metal surfaces for corrosion resistance and coating adhesion before any paint or powder is applied. Fully integrated with in-house finishing, so parts move straight from pretreatment into coating without leaving our facility.

Powder Coating Line
06

Powder Coating Line

An AAMA 2603/2604/2605-authorized powder coating line applies durable, consistent finishes across a wide range of metals and colors. Electrostatic application and in-house spot-checking keep every part within a tight 2–4 mil coating tolerance.

07

Milling Machine

Precision milling produces flat faces, slots, pockets, and custom profiles that sheet metal forming alone can't achieve. CNC and manual setups cover both high-volume production runs and one-off precision parts.

Turning Machine
08

Turning Machine

Precision turning shapes shafts, bushings, and other rotational components to tight dimensional tolerance. Built for parts that need to fit precisely into bearings, housings, or other mating assemblies.
