Overview

Our custom-fabricated Busbar Boxes provide structural housing and phase isolation for high-amp power distribution networks. Recognizing the immense mechanical forces created during short-circuit events, these enclosures are built using heavy-gauge structural steel (up to 10-gauge / 3.5mm thickness) reinforced with internal bracing angles to prevent casing deformation.

The enclosure architecture is precision-designed to maintain mandated creepage and clearance distances between copper/aluminum busbars, neutral bars, and chassis ground. Integrated phase separation barriers made from non-conductive, arc-resistant sheet material can be pre-fitted, alongside ventilated panels that maximize natural convection cooling without compromising IP standards.

Every busbar box is custom-manufactured to match your exact spatial footprint, entry tap-off locations, and busbar riser arrangements. Finished with chemical-resistant powder coatings or hot-dip galvanizing, these boxes deliver maintenance-free structural protection for primary utility feeds and heavy industrial sub-distribution lines.

Heavy-gauge metal frame design built to resist magnetic repulsive forces during fault surges.
Perforated convective cooling zones engineered to prevent internal hotspot formation.
Pre-punched mounting patterns for non-conductive, high-strength busbar supports.
Tailored top, bottom, or lateral entry plates with removable cable gland covers.
